    As before the service was great from the first phone call, had to order parts and was not sure how to go about it, Jim that answered the phone looked my truck up and informed me what they had in stock and what they would have to order, took truck in the next day dropped off in the am and had it completed by mid afternoon. They even offered to pick me up at my work so I could get the truck back before close of the day. Had the works with tire rotation , new front rotors & pads and also a new battery installed all for a fairly reasonable price. Thanks again Guys & Girls.

    As my wife posted on a social media site, sometimes "Thank you" isn't enough. Bottom line, THANK YOU Clayton, Clint, Sam, and Jack with Keystone Ford! In late April one of our vehicles broke down. That same day Clayton heard what happened and contacted my wife to see what Keystone Ford could do to assist. Unheard of! This vehicle was just the latest vehicle we have purchased from Keystone Ford. Within a couple days and multiple conversations with the Keystone Ford team, we had a plan in place and a resolution that was more than we could have ever expected or asked for. What started as a lousy situation for us, ended with our deepest respect and thanks to the Keystone Ford team.     Excellent Service. One of the most knowledgeable parts departments around with great pricing. It is very helpful when the parts reps are well versed in actual repair and are able to help. Sometimes they're only working with what's on the computer screen and unable to help with discussion and sourcing. This parts department has a working knowledge of the products and that has been beneficial and even essential in several cases.

    I appreciated being able to look at the different cars without a salesman coming out right away. When we walked into the showroom we were greeted right away. When we told them what car we were interested in we were given the keys to test drive. Russ (the salesperson) was very personable. He went over every area of the car & when I left I felt like I knew the car pretty well. Brad (the financial person) was also very friendly. They both made us feel comfortable. It was a long day, but well worth it. Glad I bought another Ford.

    I can't say enough good things about Jack Alexander at Keystone Ford. From the moment he was given my name to contact me about ordering a 2023 Ford Escape, he could not have been more attentive or helpful. Any question I had, he emailed me back very quickly. He contacted me the morning the vehicle arrived to set up a delivery date. Upon picking up the Escape, he sat with me very patiently to explain all of the features. With me being a tech dummy, he deserves an award! My husband and daughter plan to order their new vehicles from Mr. Alexander. He is an incredible salesman and I am very thankful he was tasked to assist me with my purchase. And for the record, I love my Ford Escape!     I needed to have my new Shelby Mustang GT500 PA inspected since it was purchased out of state. The odometer was reading 800 miles and I also wanted to get the first oil change completed. All went well until it was time to replace the oil filter and the shop realized they did not have a filter in stock. My service adviser gave me the news and the options, and we settled on a non-OEM brand because I did not want new oil in an old filter. Good service in a timely manner. I will be back.

    I took my Ford Focus to have it fixed in the service department and Gary was top notch, kept me updated on the status of my car, it turns out that the problem that my car was having was going to take a bit more money to fix than I wanted to pay so I went into the shop and talked with Gary and he put me in the hands of Nick and Clint, who did a wonderful job in helping us to get my son back in a vehicle and also took the Ford Focus off of my hands.     I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years but my experience with my salesman Frank Blood was smooth and a very easy one. After signing paperwork to purchase my vehicle I excitedly hopped in to drive home. It was only then I noticed a very easy to miss issue with my touch screen radio. Frank came right back out, checked it out and within at most two minutes he issued me paperwork to present to service about my problem. It wasn’t a cheap or quick fix. However, I was able to get a great loaner to drive while the issue was solved. The bill on the issue was around $1800 to fix. I PAID ZERO!! Communication was great during the time to fix and was super easy and made everything very low stress. I would never hesitate to return to purchase another I would certainly look for Frank when I do!

Took my vehicle back to Keystone Ford and explained issue. Work done - Assessed brakes and tire wear; front brakes pad & rotors, front tires replaced & balanced; work was completed; very satisfied with quality of work and professionalism of staff.

    ********UPATE********* I was contacted by the Service Manager who generously gave me a gift card for a free The Works oil change for my next service. I appreciate the gesture and feel that this very much makes up for the issue. Upgrading the stars from 2 to 4. *******Original Post******Went to have oil changed (The Works package) on my ‘18 F-150. I parked and asked how long the wait was. Was told oh we can take you right now. 20 minutes later, they finally brought my truck in. They failed to reset the oil life counter. Had to do it myself. Next time I’ll take it to an oil change competitor of Keystone’s.

    For the most part I was pleased with my experience at Quick Lube. The one issue I had was the order in which my vehicle was brought into the shop which ultimately cost me about 15-20 minutes of time. When I arrived at the shop there was no one in the facility as I checked my vehicle in for service. Shortly there after another woman came for service after my vehicle had been checked in for service. Her vehicle was processed in. Now I can't say if the next factors occurred on purpose or if it was just happened stance, but I know her vehicle was brought into the service shop about 15 to 20 minutes before mine & if I'm not mistaken we were both there for inspections. This is of concern to me because as I understood the shop didn't take appointments & was first come first served. Again not saying this was on purpose, but it did concern me at the time & was part of my first experience. I have no issue with the actual servicing of my vehicle.

    I called and scheduled an appt for warranty work. This vehicle was NOT bought at this dealership. Service had to reschedule due to parts needed for warranty. The reschedule went well. Easy night drop off. I had to call (3pm) for an update but otherwise was smooth and easy. Service closes at typical business hours but was able to get keys from sales. Overall good experience and will use again. Nice and friendly staff.

    I virtually never give five stars because I believe there’s always room for improvement. In this case I came close. We called Monday morning, got an appointment for Friday, took the car in Tuesday and told them to get it in as soon as they could. It was ready Thursday, we picked it up Friday. I have driven it a number of miles and all seems in order. The experience was totally satisfying. The car is a 2015 C-Max which I love.

    This is one of the best technical service centers on the East coast The desk staff always seems to be stretched a little thin though, which translated into slower response times, scheduling issues and slow follow-through for me. Phone: Hold times are long, if you can get through. That said, the technicians are great and desk staff is very friendly & professional, once you do get through.

I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from them 2 years ago and early this year tried to have a safety recall repair done to it and ended up dropping off my vehicle for an appointment and they rescheduled it 3 times after i had dropped it off and i ended up canceling it completely at that time. Now they won't even return my call when i left a message to schedule another appointment.
