In 1982, Aldine Martin and Margaret Martin had a dream of starting a successful car business. They started out with 22 employees from the local area and in 1990, hired Don Hill as their General Manager. They provide Mr. Hill the following guidance “To sell and service a quality product at a fair and reasonable price. To ultimately hold customer satisfaction in the highest regard. To constantly remind ourselves that every action we make contributes to the total worth of our company and honest reputation. To strive for and expect nothing less than the best, both individually and collectively.

Mr. Hill took this guidance to heart and religiously read every customer survey. By listening to you, the customer, he heard the request for additional services, greater variety of vehicles etc. Through your voice and Mr. Hill’s guidance Keystone Ford rapidly became the largest full service Ford dealership in the area. Due to this growth we now employee more than 100 individuals, maintain one of the largest parts departments in the Tri-State and provide a full line of fleet and commercial vehicles.

In 2002, Mr. Hill passed his title of General Manager onto Mr. Clayton Black. With using the same philosophy and principles, Mr. Black decided that we could better serve our customers by opening a second Keystone Ford dealership in Chambersburg. Because of your patronage and loyalty to our dealership we have been able to grow into the largest Ford dealership in Franklin County and its surrounding areas.
